Planning details for the development
This is the developer’s vision for of how the fish processing factory and luxury homes will look. We don’t think it will actually look like this for plenty of reasons. But more on that later.
The picture shows, rest assured, that it is still just about possible to see Fort Victoria as you approach along the Solent. So long as you are arriving by helicopter. For regular craft, hmmmm… not so much.
